What is covered by the Warranty?

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that arise within 12-month of genuine Lukson purchase. If your Lukson jewellery encounters issues during this time, we’ll take care of it by either repairing or replacing the item (detailed below). The terms of the warranty may vary between markets and regions. The warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Lukson is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence. We are committed to ensuring that your experience with our products remains exceptional.

What is excluded from the Warranty?

While our warranty is designed to provide extensive coverage, certain exclusions apply to ensure transparency and maintain the highest quality of service.

The following are not covered under our warranty policy:

  • Third-Party Purchases: Products bought through unauthorized third-party vendors are not eligible for warranty coverage. Please contact the original vendor for assistance.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any service, repair, or modification conducted by an external jeweller or service provider may void your warranty. This includes resizing, stone resetting, or other repairs performed outside of Lukson. Such repairs can affect the product’s integrity, and we cannot guarantee its durability thereafter.
  • Loss, Wear & Tear, or Misuse: Our warranty does not cover lost items, damage due to everyday wear and tear, or careless handling of your jewellery. This includes improper use, storage, or any damage resulting from accidents or neglect.
  • Modifications by Third Parties: Any alterations made by a third party (other than Lukson) will void the warranty, including engraving, reshaping, or adding new elements.
  • Promotional or Free Items: Items received as part of promotions or giveaways may not be covered by the warranty. Please check the specific terms at the time of the promotion.

Every item found to be defective under this warranty may at the sole discretion of Lukson be:

  1. Replaced by an identical piece, if available
  2. Substituted with a piece of comparable value; or
  3. Repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts

We may ask for the return of the defective or damaged item for a thorough inspection and assessment. The damaged product should be sent by post or courier. This helps us maintain the quality of our products and continually improve our services. This warranty service is provided free of charge.

For all warranty claims, please retain the proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order id and confirmation), gift receipt as the same will be required to verify eligibility along with the certificate of authenticity for eligible products, the receipt or the certificate serves as proof of purchase and authenticity for products purchased and as evidence of entitlement to this warranty.

These warranty conditions apply if there are no specific warranty conditions granted for specific products. Lukson reserves the right to amend or adapt these warranty conditions with implications for the future at its discretion at any time. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
