Return, Refund & Replacement / Exchange Policy

At Lukson Jewels Private Limited (“Lukson”), your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy, giving you the option to return your item within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery, for any reason. However, for a missing product, you have to report us within 24 hours

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Please note that our return and refund facility applies only to purchases made through our official website: https://lukson.co

To ensure a smooth return process, please note that your jewellery must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase, along with any accompanying paperwork included at the time of delivery.
  • Any free products received with the original products should also be returned.

Please note: Upon receiving the Lukson products, record a complete unboxing video so that if there is any issue with the products like missing product / damaged product / wrong product etc., it will become easier for our team to review the exchange/return request and take further steps.

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customised, personalised, or special-order products specifically tailored to your preferences.

Once we receive your request, a case ticket/id shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution. You shall have two options for your Refund:

  1. Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery Orders
  2. Refund to your Bank by Payment Gateway for Prepaid Orders

 

The products need to be self-shipped to Lukson office in Mumbai. The return shipping cost is to be borne by customer if fails to return/replacement as per policies. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the return transit. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send us an email to at info@lukson.co with the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.

Once the product has reached and it is inspected by Lukson to be free from any defect, your refund shall be authorized. Lukson reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the return/replacement value. All taxes, duties, and fees, as applicable under local law, are to be borne by the customer. In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts. Following can be the tentative timelines for Refund to reflect in your Bank Account

* Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, Lukson shall not be responsible for such delay.

While we shall try to accommodate all your return requests, we will not accept return or replacement request under this 15 Day Return Policy of the following:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. Any product that has been washed
  3. Any product not in its original condition
  4. Any product that is returned without all original packaging, tags and accessories, the original invoice and all relevant certificates or documents, certificate and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  5. Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  6. Any product that is custom made, products sold under special offers or promotional products.
  7. If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Lukson is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.
  8. Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products)
