Shipping Information

Shipping timelines indicated below are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (such as weather, volume, or traffic). If the item is in stock, we endeavour to ship your orders within 3-10 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Estimated delivery date shall be provided but the date cannot be considered final, that’s just an approximate date of delivery. The shipping fee is calculated based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts and is non-refundable

 We are not responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes & other unavoidable circumstances. If you think that your package was tampered with or is damaged in any way, please refuse to take the delivery of the package and call us on +91 6361617474  or email us at info@lukson.co, mentioning your order number. We shall look into it and dispatch a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

 To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We have tied up with Shiprocket for local shipments. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and reach out to our help desk +91 6361617474  mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.

 Delivery Locations

Orders will only be delivered within India to the recipient's residential or workplace. We do not deliver to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or streets. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. If the recipient is unavailable during delivery attempts, the courier company will make three additional attempts. If the recipient remains unreachable, the product will then be returned to the Lukson facility.

Tracking Your Order

Log in to your Lukson account and navigate to "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp to monitor its progress. If you do not have an account, you can create one using the same email address used to place the order, and it will then appear under "My Orders."

 

Cancellation Policy

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Customers can only cancel a ready-to-ship order before it is shipped, you can write to our customer support team on info@lukson.co If a cancellation request is received for such an order, in such a case we will cancel the order and refund the amount using the original payment method within 10 business days after the cancellation request.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Lukson regarding cancellation.

Personalised Orders

Personalised or customised jewellery items undergo a specialized manufacturing process and are created only upon customer orders. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time. For customization, get in touch with us on +91 6361617474 .
