Lifetime Buyback Policy

LUKSON BUYBACK, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Introduction

Lukson Jewels Private Limited ("Lukson") offers Buyback and Exchange services for products purchased directly from its official website (www.lukson.co) or any authorized Lukson retail store or outlet, subject to the terms of this Policy.

1. Lifetime Gold Jewellery Buyback

Lukson offers a Lifetime Buyback on eligible Gold Jewellery.

Buyback Value

Gold/Metal: 100% of the prevailing market value based on net metal weight.
Lab-Grown Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing market value.
Making Charges, GST, shipping charges, discounts, vouchers, promotional benefits, and complimentary items are not included in the Buyback Value.

2. Lifetime Gold Jewellery Exchange

Eligible Gold Jewellery can be exchanged for another Lukson product at any time.

Exchange Value

Gold/Metal: 100% of the prevailing market value.
Lab-Grown Diamonds: 90% of the prevailing market value.
Making Charges, GST, shipping charges, discounts, vouchers, promotional benefits, and complimentary items are excluded.
Any price difference must be paid before delivery.

3. Gold Vermeil & Silver Jewellery Buyback

4. Gold Vermeil & Silver Jewellery Exchange

5. 7-Day Return & Exchange (Ready-to-Ship Only)

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are:

Unused and unworn
In original condition
Returned with original packaging, invoice, certificates, tags, and accessories
Approved after Lukson's quality inspection

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

6. Made-to-Order & Customized Jewellery Policy

The following terms apply to all Made-to-Order (MTO), Customized, Personalized, Engraved, Resized, Bespoke, and CAD-approved jewellery.

Product Eligibility

Gold Jewellery: Eligible for Lifetime Buyback and Exchange as per Lukson's Gold Jewellery Buyback & Exchange Policy.
Gold Vermeil & Silver Vermeil Jewellery: Not eligible for Buyback or Exchange.
All customized, personalized, engraved, resized, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

CAD Approval

For customer-designed jewellery, once the CAD design is approved, all specifications shall be deemed final. No changes, modifications, redesigns, or cancellations will be accepted after CAD approval.

Payment & Delivery

Full payment must be completed before dispatch or delivery.
Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery or handover and report any shortage, transit damage, or incorrect item on the same day.
Every Lukson jewellery piece undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. Claims relating to manufacturing quality or workmanship will be considered only after inspection and verification by Lukson.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins, and any advance payment becomes non-refundable.

Gold Weight Variation

As each piece is handcrafted, the final gold weight may vary slightly.

Any increase in gold weight will be charged to the customer.
Any decrease in gold weight will be adjusted before delivery.

7. Non-Eligible Products

The following are not eligible for Return, Exchange, or Buyback:

Customized or Personalized Jewellery
Engraved Jewellery
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Jewellery
Custom Ring Sizes
CAD Approved Designs
Products repaired, resized, or altered by any third party
Clearance, Promotional, or Final Sale products

8. Documents Required

Original Purchase Invoice
Original Product Certificate
Valid Government Photo ID

A ₹1,000 certificate verification/replacement charge will apply if the original certificate is unavailable.

9. General Terms & Conditions

All products are subject to quality inspection and authentication.
Lukson reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on product condition and policy eligibility.
Buyback or Exchange value may be provided as Store Credit, Bank Transfer, or adjusted against a new purchase, at Lukson's discretion.
This Policy may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice. Lukson's decision shall be final in all matters relating to valuation and eligibility.

10. Unclaimed Orders

Customized or Made-to-Order jewellery must be collected or fully paid within 60 days of completion. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, dismantling of the product, and deduction of up to 50% of the advance amount.
