The Buyback Policy is subject to a piece review by our team to ensure the Product is free from any alterations or damages. The decision by the Lukson Team shall be final and binding for any sort of Life-Time Buy Back Scheme.

 Buyback or Exchange is not applicable for any Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products).

Inspection

All items submitted for buyback will undergo a meticulous inspection by our expert quality assurance team. This thorough evaluation guarantees the authenticity and impeccable condition of each piece, reflecting our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and integrity.

 Non-Eligible Items for Buyback 

  • Customised or personalised jewellery pieces.
  • Jewellery that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Lukson.
  • Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales unless otherwise specified. Please note that the Buyback policy may vary for specific products or during promotional periods.

 

Condition

  1. To qualify for our esteemed lifetime buyback program, we shall require the following:
      a) The jewellery must be in its pristine, original condition, devoid of any damage or alterations.
       b) Original product
       c) Original/Copy of Invoice
       d) Product Certificate (If any)
       e) Valid Government. ID Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request
        f) Warranty Card
  2. In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from buyback value of the lab grown diamonds
  3. Buy-Back Value will be strictly determined by original purchase price (MRP) and it will in accordance with the time period and percentage ratio given in Lukson buyback policy.
  4. The refund amount shall exclude all applied taxes at the time of purchase
  5. The buyback scheme and re-imbursement of payment shall be subject to the quality check carried out of the Goods by the Company.
  6. The Good(s) should be accompanied with the original certificate, the original invoice provided by the Lukson and the Company’s Warranty Card.
  7. The products need to be self-shipped to Lukson office in Mumbai & The return shipping cost shall be borne by customer or If in any case, Lukson arranges such pickup that additional Logistic fee at Actual shall be deducted while determining the Buy Back Value.
  8. All payments for the buyback value paid by the Company will be made through RTGS or NEFT only. Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the invoice issued by the Retailer and carrying a valid Government Issue photo ID and valid Certificate of the good.
  9. Refund and Payments under the Buyback scheme shall be done within 21 Business days after receiving the Product at our registered office.

In case of Shipment of product to us under the Life-Time Buyback Scheme, the Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in Transit either bubble wrapped or in a small box or a padded envelope.

In case of Re-Shipping the Products under Life-Time Buyback Scheme the products need to be shipped with our Shipping Partners only.

To request for return of the product under the Life-Time Buyback Policy you should do the following:

  2. Call or WhatsApp our Customer Care at +91 6361617474  to confirm once the package is ready with all the above requisites in order to arrange for re-shipment of the same.

Discretion of Rights:

The company reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all exchanges, buy backs and the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
