Exchanges 

For a seamless exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately. This ensures the quickest turnaround time for you to receive the item you desire.

We understand the importance of getting the right product promptly, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.

 Exchanges are only applicable within 30 days after purchase of product

 The following conditions apply to exchanges within 30 days for purchase.

• All exchanges or buybacks are subject to a quality check by our Quality Department.
• Partial exchange of ornaments is not permitted.
• The product must be retained with the accompanying tag for it to be valid for exchange.
• The exchanged product must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice and all relevant certificates or documents.
• Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.
• All taxes, duties, and fees, as applicable under local law, are to be borne by the customer.
• Lukson reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the exchange value.
• Exchange policies do not apply to promotional products or products sold under special offers.
